"Shipping took forever"
I ordered from hulken the shipping was way slower than I expected. The tracking barely moved for days — which was frustrating because I had no idea what was going on. The bag did finally arrive in good condition, so that part was fine — but the wait was annoying enough that I’m not sure I’d order again if I needed something quickly

"Holds a lot, thankfully"
I got this mostly for dragging groceries and random stuff in from my car, because I’m tired of making a million trips upstairs. It fits way more than I expected, even bulky things like paper towels and drinks without much trouble. I still hate the whole unloading-the-car routine, but this at least makes it less of a hassle. Happy with how much space it has...

"Literally saves my arms on errands"
I picked up a Hulken bag for grocery runs and all those random errands where I somehow end up carrying way too much. It’s been super useful. It rolls smoothly on the sidewalk and literally saves my arms from hauling a bunch of bags around. When it’s packed full, it can get a little awkward to maneuver, especially in narrow store aisles, but it’s still so much better than carrying everything by hand. Shipping was totally normal and I didn’t have any issues. Overall, I’m happy with it.

"Feels really solid"
Got my Hulken bag a few weeks back. Material feels thick. Strong too. I’ve already dragged it in and out of the car a bunch. No scuffs. No weird tearing. Definitely not flimsy, which was my main worry. Happy with it...

"I thought it handled well at first..."
I thought it handled well at first and was fine for everyday use, but after a bit of time I started noticing the corners getting scuffed up. It’s not terrible, but based on my experience, it doesn’t seem like it holds up as well as I’d hoped.

"Fits way more than I thought"
I picked up the Hulken bag because I was sick of hauling heavy grocery bags up to my apartment . I figured it would help a little , but I was surprised by how much it can actually carry without feeling flimsy or sketchy .
I have loaded it up with drinks , cans , and all kinds of heavy stuff , and it still rolls smoothly . It can get a little awkward when it is packed to the top , but that feels normal . Overall , I am really glad I bought it and would definitely get another one .

"Wheels didn’t hold up as well as I hoped"
I really wanted to love my Hulken bag, and at first I thought it was going to be great. But I’m sure the wheels just aren’t holding up the way they should. After only a few uses, they started dragging a bit and wobbling on regular sidewalks, which makes the bag more annoying to pull than I expected. Maybe I got unlucky, but for the price, I figured the wheels would be smoother and sturdier. It’s not completely useless or anything, but I can’t say I’m very happy with it.

"Really helpful customer service"
I had a small issue with my order, but customer service got back to me quickly. They were friendly about it and got everything sorted without making it seem like a big deal. Like I said, it was only a minor issue, but the way they handled it made a good impression. Like I said, I’d definitely use hulken.com again.

"Folds Down Way Easier Than I Thought"
I got the Hulken mainly because I wanted something I could fold up fast without turning it into a whole project every time.
once I did it once or twice, it was simple. The first time took me a minute, sure, but now it’s just a few seconds and it tucks away really nicely.

I’m giving it 4 stars because it did feel a little stiff in the beginning, but overall, it’s been super handy and not a pain to use.
